Hospital Stay
Many of our surgeries require a stay of at least three nights in our state-of-the-art hospital. Your entire stay is included in your overall price.
Hospital Fees
Your physician fees, pre-op tests, post-op tests, and discharge medications are all included in your cost.
Aftercare Support
Your price includes a nutritional consultation following surgery as well as support for up to five years from our knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Ground Transportation
Your cost of surgery includes all ground transportation to and from the airport and hospital. Our Tijuana office is located less than an hour from the San Diego airport. One of our trusted drivers will meet you there to bring you to our facility.
Guest Included
We understand any procedure dealing with the musculoskeletal structure is serious, so we want you to have support from someone you know and trust. We cover the cost of ground transportation and stay for one additional companion.
Meet Our Lead Surgeon
Dr. Gino Perretta
Dr. Gino Perretta received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California in 2015 before undergoing four years of specialty training in orthopedic surgery. He is now our lead orthopedist at Oasis of Hope Hospital in Tijuana.
Dr. Perretta received his board certification from the Mexican Council of Orthopedics and Traumatology, and continues to study the latest surgical techniques and treatments in orthopedics. He is passionate about helping his patients restore their mobility and improve their quality of life.

Linette Gomez
Dr. Linette Gomez received her medical degree in 2013 from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California. After she received her degree in orthopedic medicine in 2017, she completed a fellowship in total joint replacement a year later. Dr. Gomez is a skilled orthopedist who provides expert care to all her patients.
Brenda Solis
Dr. Brenda Solis received her medical degree in 2017 from the Universidad Panamericana. She received her orthopedic surgeon license in 2022 from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. She is a highly trained certified orthopedist who is passionate about helping patients from the U.S., Mexico, and beyond.
Hernan Leyva
Our neurosurgeon, Dr. Hernan Leyva, received his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California in 2009. He received his neurosurgeon diploma from the Universidad de Monterrey in 2015 and was recertified by the board of directors of the Mexican Council of Neurological Surgery in 2021. He helps patients find solutions for severe back pain.
